Is the Dashboard one plugin?
Yes. The portal experience (Dashboard, Pets, Appointments, Calendar, Task List, Documents, Payments, Facility, Logout) is managed by a single dashboard plugin.
How do I start the demo?
Choose the account type (facility category/type + role) and tap Start demo.
Can vets, groomers, and other facilities create appointments?
Yes — facility users can create appointments from the Appointments area for pets they have access to.
What is the Daily Task List?
It’s a day-by-day view of scheduled items. Use it to review tasks and print a daily list.
Do pets and facilities have QR codes?
Yes. Pet profiles include a pet QR code, and every facility (including pet parents) has a facility QR code. If you scan while logged out, you may be prompted to sign in.
How do I log out?
Use the Logout tile in the dashboard — it signs you out and returns you to the landing page.
